Lcd panel light panel t20

What material is this panel what ccfl lamp lights ? When i replaced old broken one, I noticed these normal burnt areas on lower left and right corners of panel. Can this panel be replaced ? If I remember correct, this reflective panel was detachable from those others lcd layers?

The CCF has small amount of mercury inside. It is important not to break it. Normally the panels should not discolor. Behind the LCD, there are the light pipe and one or two BEF (brightness enhancement film). Then a support frame to hold everything flat.
