T21 DVD+RW Upgrade Problem

Hi I have a T21 (2647) and got a Hitachi GSA-T20N, however the connector is different and I was wondering if anybody could advise me as to which part would make it possible to attach this drive. Currently the notebook has a floppy drive in it, I have attached pictures.

You need to remove the rails from the new DVD drive and compare it to an Ultrabay 2000 DVD drive with rails removed. If the connectors do not line up you are out of luck. If they do, simply install the rails from the Ultrabay 2000 device onto your drive. The rails from a floppy drive will not work.
