T21 LCD issue:displayes images as a "shadow";ccfl?inverter?

hallo
i have a problem with displaying images of the screen: when i power on all seems working , no beep or others..but the screen is black, even if i can see all as shadow putting a light on the screen..i see that it works...!
it seems like there is no light inside the screen!
somebody can help me?

replace the CCFL or get another LCD.
