Looking for advice on the best place to buy T23-2648 Memory

Guys,
I'm looking to upgrade my wife's T23 to 1GB of memory.
Could someone please give me some advice on the best place to buy the 2- 512 modules that I need to do this upgrade.
Of course I'm looking for the lowest price but also something of good quality.

"Low price and good quality"? Then I'd say here in the forum's Marketplace. The other venue that I look for memory is eBay but it's a crapshoot. You can get low prices on eBay at times but you do take your chances in getting quality material. For something like memory, it's fairly easy to verify if its working or not (running memtest86+ for several hours). So as long as the seller offers a reasonable amount of time for a refund or exchange (at least 7 days), then I'm totally comfortable sniping multi-module auctions; it's usually cheaper to buy in volume .
