Replace T30 MotherBoard?

Greetings.
Could one replace a T30 MotherBoard (MB) with a MB with USB 2.0 ports?
Could one replace a T30 MB with a MB
with a better internal PCI modem/wLAN card?
Would replacing my T30 MB also fix my failed T30 memory slot?
Would replacing a T30 MB allow one to use faster RAM?
Any helpful replies/insights appreciated.

No T30 mobos with USB2.0 Buy a PCMCIA USB2.0 adapter card.
You can swap the Modem/wifi card for "ONLY wifi" cards. There are no other modem/wifi cards on the market.
Those wifi cards must be of the MiniPCI type, and some may need the "No-1802" hack to work.
Replacing the mobo with a fully working one should fix any problems you have ($70.- upwards on eBay).
T30 mobos only work with PC2100 or PC2700 200-pin SODIMMs. Some PC3200 will also work, but not guaranteed.
