Ultraport?

I came across a thread mentioning about Ultraport on the T2*. Is my understanding correct? It is some kind of USB port? One member install webcam on it. I haven't taken my T21 apart yet, but does mine have it to? I just order laptop webcam just to play with it, it would be cool to install that on the T21. Or any USB device like those tiny bluetooth device.

There should be an Ultraport on all T2x systems. It's "hidden" behind the recessed rubber strip at the top edge of the lid. You cannot plug in just any webcam; there is an IBM designed unit that screws into the port.

Thanks again. Interesting. At the link, it says it's possible to modity it to standard USB. Also has the diagram of the pins. I will try it once i get my webcam. Once again, after I get my t21 up and running. For now will try to see if I can get the webcam to work with external usb port.
