T23 Recovery CD Set Needed. Help!

My T23 harddisk has just failed and I need the recovery cd to re-install the window xp pro onto the new harddisk. I tried the F11 on the keypad to invoke the recovery system but nothing happens.

Worse my back up CDs have turned mouldy/oxidised and wouldn't work.

Can any kind soul out there help me out?

I have been googling around without any success.
