IBM ThinkPad T20 Camera

I'm trying to look for an IBM ThinkPad WebCam for my IBM ThinkPad T20 that attaches to the top of the LCD. Anyone know where I can find one? All I can find on ebay is ones for the newer ThinkPads and theirs are all built-in ones.

I also wanted one for a while; I just kept searching for UltraPort. I once bid on a used one; it ended for twenty-five or so dollars. And just a couple weeks ago, I found this (item 230570063405):

Two brand-new UltraPort cameras, $36 each. I found it at night, and I thought to myself "I'll think about it and make a decision tomorrow". When I checked next morning, they were both sold.

Yeah, The only laptop I have that has a webcam is my lenovo IdeaPad S10 and I'm thinking of selling it. Too small for my fingers and missing my most important part, The Red trackpoint. I've always used a ThinkPad even bofore ThinkPad used the Ultranav, ThinkPad T30 first to feature one on a ThinkPad. And my SL500 doesn't have a WebCam but has the cover spot for it unless I can install one my self on it.
