Samsung HDD Problem with T23

Hello everyone,

I've just bought Samsung HM100JC 100gb hdd for my T23 machine (upgrated from 40 gb Seagate). But I can't get it work. It is working well in my T22. My T23 machine has no problem, I tried the hdd in another T23 with the same result. It seems the hdd doesn't get any power from the motherboard, or I don't know. I have the newest bios.

Does somebody has a fix for this problem, or any suggesions?

Is the drive seen in BIOS? Check the start-up/boot section.

These's a hard drive option in the list. I can place it to the first place, but theres no boot or anything. The Intel boot agent will load. The result is the same when I enter to boot menu with F12 button, and choose the hard drive. With my old 40gb Seagate the T23 boots well.

edit: Plus, if I want to start Win XP install, the setup won't start because it will write: No hdd found in the computer.

So, the answer is not seen in BIOS. This is usually due to someone not using a hard drive caddy with all (4) screws and/or not inserting the drive right. I've seen it a hundred times here.
