T60P original OS restore gets stuck

Hey all, I’m trying to restore my T60P to its factory install of windows xp, yet it gets stuck at this error in the linked photo and can’t continue any further (I’ve tried the other buttons in the pre desktop environment thing, no change)
I’m using burned CD-RW’s with images of the required CD’s downloaded from archive.org.

Core 2 duo t7600
4gb ddr2 667
1024x768 display (original 1400x1050 display was shattered)

Did you boot from the disks?
