Thinkpad T60 - Snow Leopard 10.5 or Lion 10.6 ???

Hi all,

I'm using Thinkpad T60 Core2 Duo T5600 1.83G, RAM 3GB, Video card integrated, HDD 80GB.
When I installed Harzard Lion 10.6.2, I always receive the message of panic kernel.
So with T60, can I install Lion 10.6 or just install Leopard 10.5 ? And if installing Lion 10.6, what config options can choose ?
