Replacement T60 battery?

The battery in my IBM/Lenovo T60 Thinkpad is still "good", but not getting much more than 1 1/4 hours of use before the warnings start to appear. I'm going to get a new replacement battery, but I keep reading about non-OEM batteries and problems from "nag screens" to overheating. On the other hand OEM batteries are 3 to 4 times as expensive. The ideal solution, for me at least, would be a non-OEM battery of good quality that doesn't "nag" me. Any thoughts / suggestions?

The fastest, most hassle-free solution and most cost-effective solution would be to see the thread

I purchased a new OEM Lenovo battery for my T60 in October 2010 from
http://www.acsfactoryoutlet.com for $90 + $10 frieght which I thought was a pretty good price.
