Frankenpad Questions

Yet another Frankenpad thread...I'm putting a T61 board into a T60p casing. I'm looking for Intel graphics only, with Penryn support ideal, but not necessary, (will do the Middleton BIOS mod).

My question is regarding the heatsink fan.

If you read the last post in http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.ph ... 58#p610458, spacejunk mentions that the integrated HSF FRU is 42W2820, and the discrete HSF FRU 42W2821.

But in the parts list of the HMM, it is listed as the other way around, with the integrated HSF as 42W2821. So which part do I need here?

You should trust the HMM over a post on the forum I think. I got the 42W2821 and it workes fine on T61 and T60 boards with Intel graphics.
