Copying images is not legal. You end up with 2 machines having identical security credentials. Copying recovery partitions is no better. You bypass all the basic security that you are using restore disks on the right type of computer. I'm locking this thread.

Just received hand me down x230 and latch 1 feels weird without a spring (Im used to T series).

No mention of springs in the manual. Found...
