irda drivers for windows 2008/vista/8

I have installed Server 2008 on a T60. (And before anyone asks, yes I have a license for Server 2008, and yes I am using this machine as a server!)

The only drivers I cannot find are for the infra-red port. I managed to cobble together a half-install from the irda drivers I have for 2003 Server, with a few files replaced from a T60 with Windows 7 installed on it (the files I copied over are irda.sys, irenum.sys, irnsc.inf, and nscirda.sys).

So now the driver appears to be installed but has the following error:

"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device (Code 31)."

Under Driver>Driver Details it says "Built-in Infrared Device" and shows it is using the following files:

C:\Windows\system32\drivers\irenum.sys
C:\Windows\system32\drivers\irsir.sys
C:\Windows\system32\drivers\serial.sys

Can anyone help me get the correct files or build a good install directory from the mixture of the 2003 Server irda driver folder (which is probably just the drivers for XP), the Windows 7 install on the other T60, and the 2008 Server install disk? Should be possible, right?
