Changing Upper Mouse Button Settings

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to change the upper mouse buttons to another setting. This doesn't seem possible or very easy to do.

I would like the right mouse button on top to be the back button, instead of the key board back button. Is this possible?
