Hi everyone.
I just ran into trouble with security chip. I am trying to virus-scan and tried to enter into "safe mode with networking". here are the steps that put me into trouble
1. run>msconfig>safe boot with networking
2. reboot
3. BAM!, stuck at the checking the status of security chip
here are the steps that I took to solve(but never worked
)
1. I forced reboot and press F8 (boot menu) hoping that I might get back to normal boot, I tried to selected several options from boot menu (safe mode, last know good,command prompt), but it is still booting into safe mode with networking (as I set from msconfig) and stuck again.
2. I forced reboot and tried to disable security chip from BIOS (inacitve, disable) but it still not pass that "checking security chip.
3. I googled around and people saying uninstall xxx,blur blur, etc.. but I cant even got into windows and I can not even pass that checking point.
any suggesstion would be greatly apprecitaed. please please.
Thanks
dcb
