T60 Indicator LED issue

Hi, this is my first post.
First of all sorry for my english, i'm italian and in italy there isn't any forum about thinkpads
And now.. This is my "thinkpad story":
I bought this used T60 in a exhibition, the seller told me that the notebook has been dropped, and they replaced hdd (i have also the old hdd, and it seem to working..), he also told me that the LED indicator on the LCD cover were not working. I bought it without OS, and i don't knew the hardware configuration, but i needed a cheap and reliable laptop, so i choose an IBM.
The model is a T60 2007-CTO (T2400, WIFI abg, BT, ATI X1300).
I completely disassembled and re-assembled the computer, cleaning all parts, and some LED starts to work again.
Now only "Bluetooth", "Caps Lock", "Power ON" and "AC Power" still not work.
The inverter and the fuses on the motherboard seem ok, the flat cable is not very worn.
Where could be the problem?
Sorry again for my english.
Thanks in advance.
