MMI: Channel Check- Hardware Malfunction

Windows 7 64 bit halted with this error on my T60p: Hardware Malfunction NMI: Channel Check IOCHK

I did install a Intel 6200n wireless card about two weeks ago with a modded BIOS. It has been working fine. According to Microsoft, first check RAM, then adapter cards, then motherboard. Anyone have any experience with this error and possible causes.

If this should be posted on the W7 area let me know and I will move.

Most likely that's your RAM givin out.
Run a separate test of 2 cycles on each module in each slot with Memtest from www.memtest,org.
