T61p parts search help

I have a T61p
I need to purchase the following parts....

I would like to know where I can get the FRU for them and where to go to to purchase them - new.

sticker for the front display bezel (the one that says T61p)
WUXGA screen (1920x 1200),

I do not know the difference between the screen, I believe there are ID TECH, LG, and Samsung wihch makes them? which is the best?
