t61 white screen no beep

I bought this t61 in 07 and two days ago it is dead. All I have is a white screen but no beep sound, and the screen will keep blinking if I use an external monitor. I am wondering if it is the nvidia graphic card/mother board problem (I am using quado 140M)? or due to the broken inverter or cable?

Welcome to the forum.
My first thought would be a loose LCD cable behind the LCD panel.
That's usually what a white screen means.
But if an external monitor is also not working, then unfortunately the nVidia GPU is at fault.
Only solution: replace the motherboard.
Laptops made in and after 2008 August are usually OK. Yours is an older one
