T60 No Video

I have a T60 [14" 4:3 screen] that will not display any video.
The laptop will start, the fan comes on, but the startup stalls right where I would expect to see the splash screen come up.
When I remove the memory I get a beep error code. With the memory installed there are no beeps.
I've tried swapping out memory but the result is the same.
Anyone have any ideas?
Chris

Connect an external monitor to see if your LCD has given out, or the motherboard. Once we know where the problem is, we can figure out a fix.

Ok, I hooked up an external monitor: No picture.
I also looked on the Lenovo Website at their troubleshooting page for 'no video'.
Held the Fn key for 10 seconds....still no picture.
Pressed Fn+F7....no picture.

Well that's no good news. If you are getting no video on either display, it's most likely a motherboard failure. I had a T60 a while back that did just like yours, and I had to replace the board.
