T60 and T43p - replacing CCFLs, parts compatibility

As already mention in this topic, I have a IPS T43p(UXGA) and a T60(SXGA+). Hard choice, but I still prefer SXGA+ resolution: websites looks better without scaling, and all UI is not too small.

The screen color difference is huge(T60 is on the right, it's both white and max brightness):

T43p LCD works in T60, but no vice versa. Well, except in XGA resolution and H/V expansion set to off.

Maybe better solution is to switch the lamps? Are they fully compatible? I already tried to remove them from T43p screen, but seems that it much more complicated than switching the panels. So many sticky tapes, foil, fragile parts, and I can't find any good illustrated manual.

Also, is there any other compatible parts? As I see, keyboard won't fit because of trackpoint buttons.

If you really want to play with replacing the CCFL, get a brand new one for the panel on the right, and leave the UXGA one as-is.

The only swappable parts between the two are media drives and RAM.
