Dock 2504 + DVI-to-HDMI cable + 3.5mm-to-RCA cable = $23.59
Works like a charm on any T60 or T61.
AFAIK a "DVI-to-component-out" cable has 3 male RCA plugs (output called RGB or [Y, Pr, Pb]), which feeds only video, no audio.
