Which UltraNav driver?

I am unsure of which UltraNav driver to use. I have a T61p with Win7 HE and using System Update 4.03 I get two UltraNav drivers listed. Both list as "no previous version installed" and yet the touchpad works fine. I guess a driver is builtin in Win7.
I can not find any info on which driver I should install, the "Synaptic UltraNav driver" or the "ThinkPad UltraNav driver". Any thoughts on this?
Also, which benefits would it (a driver install) bring as compared to using the one in Windows 7?
Thanks!

One of the big differences in the ultranav driver compared to win7 default is the middle button scroll function. I love this feature and hate the way the default windows drivers work. I'm sure they can be tweaked to work better, but the ultranav works great "out of box", and has some nice optional settings too.
As for there being two, I recall there is a driver and a utility, but not two drivers. The utility allows for more options, and the driver is for basic support only.

I have downloaded my Lenovo / Windows 7 device drivers and utilities at...

Verify them at [Control Panel][System & Security][Device Manager]
b) UltraNav touch pad driver (Synaptics)

TuuS, there are actually two drivers (and a utility) listed in System Update! One is described as "Synaptics UltraNav driver for Win XP, Vista and Win7 -WW-" and the other as "ThinkPad UltraNav driver for Windows 64-bit". The utility is listed as "ThinkPad UltraNav Utility".
I am leaning towards the Synaptics driver.
