You can put a 14" standard 4:3 motherboard in a 4:3 (be it 14" or 15") T60/p frame, plenty of posts about that type of a mod on this forum.
If you're looking for a circuitry diagram for any of these, that's proprietary information not available to general public.

It's a pretty safe bet that you won't get it on this forum.dewo177 wrote:

The official position from Lenovo is that the circuit schematics are confidential information and have never been released to the public. While you may find companies or individuals selling Thinkpad schematics, they most likely were obtained by leaks from within IBM, Lenovo or the several contract manufacturers used over the course of Thinkpad laptop production. There's no guarantee that what you get will be 100% accurate as there may have been ECNs (engineering change notices) issued after the document was printed. What exactly are you trying to do that needs circuit schematics?

Re: mainboard t60 scematic
As rkawakami said, in theory they're for internal distribution only.
Even if they weren't though, the "schematics" I've seen from ODMs [1] haven't really been useful for much more than figuring out what chips/chipsets are used; what a lot of people refer to as "schematics" are really little more than component block diagrams. Useful if you want to figure out what datasheets you'd need to get in order to learn more, but not much use for figuring out how to modify something.
[1] Wistron and Compal. I have no idea about the rest of them.

Can I simply swap out my T5500 CPU in my 1953CTO T60 with a T5600? Or my T2400 core duo in my 2623D6U T60?
