Does anyone know what the module next to the wireless card is on a T60? I pretty sure it's not WAN so my guess is bluetooth.

Sorry, but I couldn't resist. In order to find out about the many things inside a Thinkpad, the best resource is to grab a copy of the Hardware Maintenance Manual from here (the main index):

The T60 has two different documents; the 4:3 display systems and the widescreen systems:

Since both systems are about the same in the area of your concern, you'll see that to the left of the wireless card is the modem daughter card. The bluetooth module is located behind the LCD bezel.
