As a proud owner of few thinkpads after 3 or 4 years of "faultless" working i need to ask for help.

The problem started after i had unplugged my t61p (6465CTO) from my docking station - TV was used as an "extended desktop" via VGA cable. After turning it on, it just started to beep (1 long and 3 short, again 3 short...) and finally i have found out when i plug VGA cable into laptop - it boots up, but on TV...So i have changed in bios to "Thinkpad LCD" as first boot screen device and then everything worked fine...
After a while it happened again and it seem that somehow BIOS setting changed by itself. I have ran one test which shown "CMOS Ram test failed"... What does it mean? I have "gooogled" a little bit about it but didn't find anything helpful how to "fix" it....

Most likely the CMOS battery is 'on its last legs'.
Before you remove/replace it, make sure there are NO passwords, or that you KNOW all passwords, if any.
