HD video lagging - noob question.
Hi guys,
I've had my T60p (2007) for quite some time, and I was more than satisfied by it's performance.
Usualy I'm watching online HD videos youtube, vimeo etc and the videos were playing smooth.
Ever since, I've reinstalled my Win XP (SP3) Mozilla and Flash player, the videos started lagging.
I've reinstalled all the drivers and tools.
Also tried to change the settings of the VGA (Fire GL V5200 512MB) but this didn't help either.
Thanks in advance
Cheers

I've had the same experience; HD video on my T60 (T7600, 3GB ram) running Windows XP gave me stuttering HD movie playback. Switching to Windows7 with the same T60 gave me smooth HD movie playback, even with 1080P x264 MKV's.

I've changed the CPU with T7200 and there is slight difference, but I'm still not amused.
Any other ideas?

Install a different codecs pack, like CCCP http://cccp-project.net/

Hey, I only give (free) advice...
If you don't want to do that, that's your business.

Re: HD video lagging - noob question.
Try a differennt browser. Chrome and IE10 are much better at flash than Firefox. I seem to remember reading that Adobe is no longer supporting flash on Firefox, so that could be where your problem comes from._65536_kb_sec_ wrote:I meant Flash HD Videos - youtube vimeo etc.?
