IBM T60 2007 DP9

Hi Guys,

T60 was my first thinkpad & i loved it.
My Thinkpad T60 has been "hit" and its lcd suffered,
i was trying to look up for my type of T60 thinkpad but was unable to find the correct lcd part number. i tried asking around computer shops, but they are confused too as they had never encounter type 2007-dp9. bringing to a thinkpad depot, they cost a fortune.

what i know as for now its an 14.1" & SXGA display? ( do correct me if im wrong)

can i ask for your aids in, which lcd i should get? i looked around in the T6x forums i found out there are two types for T60? where can i get a hold of them & replacing my broken lcd?

My apologies if I'm asking such a newbie question in the legendary Thinkpad forums.

Yours is indeed a 14.1" SXGA+ screen.

You have 3 LCD choices, which I put in (my own preferred) sequence:
1) TMD 13N7063
2) BOE-Hydis 13N7061
3) Samsung 13N7059

Thank You for the prompt reply & info. really helped me alot.

can i ask another question regarding the top lip of my T60, something dropped on my T60 thus the cracked screen. is replacing the lcd itself enough? or are there other parts that i should take note & replace? it hit right at the x mark. TP is where the ThinkPad logo is. lights indicator seems fine.

the best out of the three LCD replacement is TMD 13N7063 ?
may i ask, what is the price range for these lcd replacements ?

If there is also a crack in the lid, replace that as well.
You could ask for a complete 14.1" lid with SXGA+ in that case, will save you a lot of time.

does the price differs by alot? if i were to WTB 14.1" SXGA+, how about the wifi antennas & bluetooth? are they integrated in the top lid?

Sorry for asking again, but do you happen to know the price range?

A complete lid always includes antennae, only sometimes BlueTooth (be specific when you inquire).
Can't give you a price range though.
Shipping to Singapore is also going to cost extra...
