So I've got an offer for a Chi-Mei (IDtech) N150U3-L06 (1600x1200) LCD.
Could someone tell me if it is s-IPS and, would it work on my T60p by flashing the EDID.

That's a slightly different P/N from the one used in T43p machines (which are N150U3-L01).
That -L06 supposedly has the EDID chip already, and was used a.o. in Panasonic Toughbooks.
It has the same viewing angles as the BoeHydis UXGA HV150UX1-100, so one could assume it is IPS, but it is not mentioned.

If that's the one that was used in ToughBooks, it's a very nice panel, but it's not IPS.

I'm confused too, because I've found the same docs.
Besides the LCD is from a Fujitsu Siemens Celsius H210.

Seems to have also been used in an A31p.
