Question about Bluetooth and Monitor Swap

I have two T61.
Thinkpad 1 I bought in October.
Thinkpad 2 I bought in November
Thinkpad 2 had a high res screen, I wanted that for mine (Thinkpad1).
I swapped screens. It's is my understanding that the bluetooth module is built into the screen. Thinkpad 1 still has working bluetooth, thinkpad 2 does not.
Did I miss something? Or do both screens have bluetooth?
Thanks!

T60 and T61 have the bluetooth module inside the lid, attached to the LCD-cable, on the opposite side of where the inverter sits (BT on the left side when looking at the LCD).
If you just swapped screens, you may have forgotten to also remove the BT module.

That's what I don't understand.
Even though I swapped screens, the one that had bluetooth still has it and the on that did not doesn't have.

If you just swapped screens, you did NOT also swap BT, since BT is connected to the LCD-CABLE, not the screen!

When I did the swap, I removed "lid" and swapped it in one unit. The LCD cable going directly to the motherboard remained with the panel, lid that it was with before.
So I swapped:
Monitor,
Bezel
Wifi Antennas,
LCD cable from monitor to the motherboard
Hinges
I didn't want to be taking apart the "lid".

Where would I find the settings in BIOS to see if it's enabled?
Device manager isn't picking it up.

It's something with Windows. I booted into a live USB of debian and it picked up the bluetooth. I'll have to see why it's not working in Windoze.
