What can be pillaged from a R61 to "same size" T61?

From what I read the motherboards swap and I have enough T61 parts minus board to assemble a 15.4".
Since it's as cheap to get an Intel graphics T61 board as it is a complete R61 with screen damage, what other T61-compatible items are worth looting from a donor R61?

LCD lids are different on 15.4" units and I believe that the palmrests are non-swappable. Everything else should be pretty much the same...

You could remove the pad and attach a filler piece using plastic adhesive. There are many good ones (see an auto body shop). You can then fill
with spot putty and paint to suit. My buds repaired many smashed motorcycle body parts that way and they lead harder lives than a palmrest.

I have a feeling modding a R61 palmrest would probably be easier (and better-looking) than that.

In r61 palmrest is bigger because of speakers under the lcd not on sides, ultrabay drive is higher, hdd cover is different. Mobo, all ad-on cards, memory, cpu, keyboard will fit.
