am i right in thinking to retrofit wwan to my 7665 12g i need a card antenna and simcard holder?
ive looked at the pc card/expresscards and dont like the fact they stick out which is a hazard while working on cars/vans and occasionally i need mobile internent access.
is there any cards that offer hsupa speeds?

I prefer using pcmcia/express modem card, they get more signals better than internal WWAN modules
You'll need WWAN antenna, sim card slot and the WWAN module itself ...

be careful when buying sim card slot for your T61, sim card slot for T61 4:3 screen is different from T61 widescreen ..
Raceboy have sim card slot for T61 widescreen .. I bought one sim card slot from ebay and turned out it was not fit for my T61 widescreen, the sim card slot suitable for T61p, though ..
