"Power on security memory is full" Fingerprint Enrollment

#1 Post by fefrie » Fri Mar 15, 2013 5:00 am

I had a RnR backup that I restored on my T60.

Before I backedup, I had already enrolled some fingerprints.

When I restored the RnR backup, it asked me to enroll my finger prints and when I did, I got the above warning.

I enrolled my fingerprints anyways, and I can log onto XP fairly easily using my fingers.

I don't necessarily use the fingerprint power on password, but I'd like to erase it, or whatever's still in memory somewhere.

How do I go about doing that?

Thanks for all your help.

Those settings are in the Security/FPR section of the BIOS.
