T60 Upgrade

My T60 6371-74U has T5500 1.66 ghz.. will I gain much if I install T7200 2.0ghz ? or, and ssd drive? Thanks!

I too have a T5500 T60. I plan to install an SSD, that's it. Will run XP too. I'm trying to figure out exactly how to do the upgrade, already have the SSD.
