upgrading t60 screen to wsxga

My T60 is 6371-74u with wxga screen t5500,3gb ram,samsung 80gb ssd I am thinking of upgrading screen to wsxag . 1: Is it worth it? 2: better screen, Samsung or LG-Phillips? Any idea of FRU ?
I have read to get a thinkpad unit. Samsung # is 42t0329 Lg-Phillips is 13N7020 .Thanks!!!

2) LG

Any WSXGA+ panel seen in R61/500, T60/61/500, W500 or Z60m/Z61m will work, and the FRUs will vary.
