upgrading t60 screen to wsxga

My T60 is 6371-74u with wxga screen t5500,3gb ram,samsung 80gb ssd I am thinking of upgrading screen to wsxag . 1: Is it worth it? 2: better screen, Samsung or LG-Phillips? Any idea of FRU ?
