I see F3507g from Dell on photo. I have F3507g from lenovo (probably 400|500 series). And I managed to get it to work in T61 (T60 frankenpad). I think it can work in T60 too. I have not any modified bioses.
What troubles i have:
BIOS locks down F3507g while booting up, so that the OS does not see device (in device manager or lsusb).
Fn+F5 tool did not identify the device so it can't be switched on. Other devices i have only shut down radio while device have been present in device manager.
So I taped pin 20 (W_DISABLE) on F3507g.

I have win XP and have not find any connection manager for F3507g. So i installed lenovo'sthings:
- Vodafon and AT&T wireless WAN (HSPA) driver ver 1.0.1046.229 (it works for me in non Vodafon and AT&T) - 7uwc49ww.txt
and (as needed for driver)
- Access Connections 5.33
- Hotkey features integration 2.08.3000

2 articles with dell F3507g:

But try to find modded BIOS instead doing it by yourself!
