What is the maximum memory speed I can use in this machine?

Will something like this work?

Yes - 667MHz is a maximal speed for T60 / T60p. You can use 800MHz DDR2 modules, but they will work at 667. More precise memory tuning is to use modules with minimal timings (latency) at maximal frequency.
