Run DLL error message on startup

I recently had a bluetooth (driver) problem on my T61 6466-9YG, running Windows 7. In trying to fix it I got an error message, but my search for a solution lead me to uninstall and re-install the 'Thinkpad Bluetooth with Enhanced Data rate Software'.
Now it is a different error message:
At startup I get 2 identical windows, with Run DLL in the top left of the window, and the message:
'There was a problem starting c:\Program. The specified module could not be found.'
If I delete these boxes/windows then I can carry on as normal, with no further messages, however the actual startup seems to take a lot longer than it used to.
Searching for a solution, the only references I could find were either about Windows 8, or to check for malware.
I downloaded malwarebytes and did a full system scan, but no malware found.
Any suggestions, other than to just keep deleting the message windows? It will be obvious from the above that I am not a techy, so any suggested fixes should be really simple!
Hope someone can help.
