T60 Replaced Motherboard - No Boot, No Post

I have a 14.1" T60 without Bluetooth (unsure of LCD Specs) and the CCFL died. I have a replacement T60 LCD Assembly from eBay, with Bluetooth

After installing it, the power outlet light on the clear plate will turn on & remain on when plugged in, but will go out when I press the power/boot button. There is no activity from the laptop when this happens... no fans, no Post, etc. The old screen still works when reinstalled.

My question: Could this screen be incompatible with my motherboard, or is the screen (or some part thereof) broken?

Possibly or possibly the MB or another thing completely. Not the easiest thing to diagnose and isolate. T60 parts are pretty much interchangeable. Could be you have a defective part.

The T60 service manual says the three possible solutions are: Reseat the LCD Connector, Replace the Motherboard and Replace the LCD Assembly.
I have reseated the connector multiple times, and the motherboard is good (it will boot with the old screen installed). Leaving only the LCD Assembly as a problem.

Is there any way to verify this?

Has anyone heard of any incompatibilities between T60 screens of the same size (with or without Bluetooth)?

No.

There's something wrong with that LCD assembly.
