Help me find a cheap hard drive ( SSD ?) for T60p 2007-YS3

I am giving my Mom my T60p. I need a new drive. She will just cruise the internet on it. It has 3GB RAM and will be running W8.1 most likely. I know there are SATA limitations. I am open to HDD or SSD, just want to keep it cheap. She also lives farther away, so prefer to keep it reliable too.

Please link me if you see any good deals new or used. I live near a Microcenter too.



I just recalled, I have a new SSD I got on a good deal on and never used.....
I was planning to put into my cheap HTPC though......

Does your mom need an extended Akku lifetime?
If not dont take an SSD i dont know what an HDD in US Cost but in Austria 500GB are so cheap if you dont want an special one. (Like Encrypted).
