Higher Resolution Screen

I have a Thinkpad t60 with a 1024x768 screen built in. This is a horrible resolution for doing any kind of video work, extreme multitasking, or even web browsing. I was wondering if I could buy a higher resolution screen from another Thinkpad T60 and install it in mine.
I have an Intel T7200 (Upgraded from the stock dual 1.6, can't remember the model) and am running on integrated graphics with 4gb of ram.
Thanks!

Which T60 do you have? If you've got a 14" T60, you can upgrade to a SXGA+ LCD. If you've got a 15" T60, SXGA+ and UXGA LCDs are available for upgrade. All will be drop in replacements, meaning you won't have to replace any other parts.

All the LCD part numbers are listed in the Hardware Maintenance Manual. You might want to post in the marketplace forum here that you're looking for a screen. Someone might have an extra they'd sell you.
