T60p uncommon LCD backlight problem

I've read all the internet, twice. Found nothing.

I got a nice T60p with uxga lately. Unfortunately, aftrer a couple of months during normal netsurfing it went extremely dimm. OK, I thought it was just a simple CCFL that went out; not to worry - I've got a spare new SXGA+. After switching the LCD's everything was running fine... for a week. Now it's just the same problem. Hibernating/resuming the system or restarting it gives me nothing. What should it be?
