T61p WUXGA display shot - best place to get a new one?

Hi guys!
I have a T61p with a 1920x1200 display that is very very dimmed.. I guess its getting old. What would be a good place to get a new one, and how much would it set me back? I guess the install is pretty straightforward? No special versions of hardware etc I need to keep in mind when choosing the display?
Cheers as always!

Mine is the same way; I've considered sourcing a replacement CCFL and just replacing it instead of the entire screen.

The CCFL is the inverter or?
Actually mine has a few blemishes aswell so I'd be happy to get a fresh clean one.
I found this which seem fine:

CCFL = cold cathode fluorescent lamp, also called the backlight; it provides the illumination to light up the display
Inverter = a small printed circuit board that converts the small DC voltage into a large AC voltage required to light up the CCFL
Replacing the CCFL is cheap from the standpoint that the lamp costs about US$20 but it requires taking apart the LCD panel. Several things can go wrong when doing the replacement and you may end up with stuck pixels, excessive light bleeding, ununiform brightness across the display. However, if you were going to throw away the panel anyway, then it might be worth the $20 to try.

@Phidelio:
be very careful when you need a screen, always read the small print!
Your UK seller writes this:
The screen we will supply may not be the exact part number in the title of the listing, but it will be fully compatible and be by one of the top manufacturers.
On his eBay listing he announces:
Original Lenovo T61p LP154WU1(TL)(B1) WUXGA LCD 42T0361
That would be a nice LG Philips screen, that most people love.
His main picture is missing however.
The second picture, down the listing, shows a Samsung screen, that most people hate.
If you want to buy from him, ask him to confirm and guarantee that he will send you the LG Philips screen as described in the title, NOT anything else!
