Thinkpad T61p is this the good chip or the bad chip?

I'm sorry - this is a bad(defective) chip. Year 2007, week 49. The "Good chips" are from year 2010/2011. This chip was the reason why one of my friends had to replace the T61p(aNvidia VGA) with T60(Intel VGA)... He had T61p with Nvidia, that started to malfunction.
