Hi!

I thought of using the modern camera in T61P, which must be very small and plugable to USB interface. My thought was of the mobile phone camera - they are small, power efficient and also of good quality. The question is: what type of connectors do those feature? What is it's industrial name?

Like this one, for an example.

Most cell phone cameras will probably use I²C, not USB. You could probably find a camera from a later model ThinkPad that would fit, and perhaps even plug directly in, though.
