Are 14.1 standard T60 & T61 HDD cover interchangeable?

Got a 14.1 standard T61 (type 8895) with missing hdd cover (fru 42w3661). Can I replace it with a 14.1 standard T60 hdd cover? Not many 42w3661 in circulation.
