My trusty Thinkpad T61 (6549-TCO) has developed a peculiar issue.
When I power it on, the back light will be on, but no image on the LCD. No error codes at boot up. Once I see the HD light stop flashing, I can use terminal services and connect/use it.
If I connect an external monitor, it stays blank until the OS starts booting.
Rarely, I'll turn it on and the LCD will have an image and it will continue working until I power off/on.
The issues seem to have started sometime after installing Middleton's bios.
Any thoughts on what I should start looking at first?
